Garden path or the true path?

Cases and thoughts based on the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Dis- abilities about the interpretation of the concept of reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodation was defined in the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities for the international level. Through its concept, people with dis- abilities can take part in everyday activities just like everyone else. However, its application in practice is another matter. I am looking for possible and critical answers through the examination of related case-law.
