The aim of this study is to present a national dance-movement therapy method through its modalities and related basic terminology (body, movement, intersubjectivity). Psychodynamic dance and movement therapy is a body-experience based, non-verbal, primarily group therapy method, in which the dynamic correlations of individual and group-related patterns are both present. In the study our aim is to use general terms and focus on human experiences. However, we also represent the particularities of movement and dance therapy processes in different groups.
