 Edit is an assistant professor at the Protestant Theological Institute in Cluj-Kolozsvár, Romania. She has been a Reformed Minister since 1994. She obtained her degree in Pastoral Counselling in 2006 and her PhD in Practical Theology in 2015 at the Reformed Theological University in Debrecen. She teaches Catechization and Liturgy at the PTI. Her current research focuses on developing methodologies for catechizing Z and ALPHA generations, with a special outlook on people with disabilities. The other research field is in Liturgy, where seeks possibilities to engage people with disabilities in everyday church life.

Since 2025, Edit has been a member of the editorial board of the Hungarian Journal of Disability Studies and Special Education.
