Riksma is a professor and head of the special education program at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. She is a doctor of medicine (2004) and defended her doctoral dissertation in the field of special education (2019). Her research interests include inclusive education, the latest trends in disability assessment and the quality of life of people with intellectual and physical disabilities.
Since 2026, Riksma has been a member of the editorial board of the Hungarian Journal of Disability Studies and Special Education. |
