Open Access Policy

The Hungarian Journal of Disability Studies & Special Education is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or user’s institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative) definition of open access. The articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY).

	Open Access Publishing	The Editorial Board provides open access to the published version on the journal's website.

	Copyright of the Published version	author
	Repositories	The published version might be uploaded freely to any non-commercial repository. The published version is the edited version of the article prepared for publication on the journal's website. The Editorial Board provides additional free access to the journal and to individual articles in various repositories and table of contents services. The Editorial Board agrees to the author's publication of his/her article in a language other than the original (Hungarian or English).
	Citation	In case of dissemination of the published version, the document should be referred to the article published on the journal's website with its DOI link. If the author publishes the article in a different language than the original (Hungarian or English), the document should be cited the original published version, with a link to the original DOI.

	Repositories	The accepted version might be uploaded freely to any non-commercial repository. The accepted version is the one prepared by the author on the basis of the reviewers' opinion.
