1.1. Open Access Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Hungarian Journal of Disability Studies & Special Education<\/strong><\/span> is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or user’s institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative<\/a>) and DOAJ<\/span> (<\/span>Directory of Open Access Journals<\/span><\/a>) <\/span>definition of open access.\u00a0The articles are licensed under a\u00a0Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 Deed)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

1.2. About copyrights<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. By submitting a manuscript, the authors acknowledge that it is their own original intellectual product and that no third party’s rights will be infringed as a result of its publication. In the event of any complaint by a third party, the author shall bear full responsibility, including any financial consequences.<\/li>\n
  2. The copyright of articles published in the journal remains with the author.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
